* Develop and implement retail strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
* Stock Forecasting/order planning/inventory planning for the state partners
* A timely cascade of sell-in, sell-through, and sell-out targets across partners, distributor teams, and retail stores in line with the sales guidance.
* Prepare and execute the assigned state’s sales plan (Store selection, Store-wise targets, Roll timelines) and drive the plan through the BDMs and RBMs.
* Timely communication of Trade Initiatives such as Displays, Contests, Scratch Card Schemes, and Outbox consumer promotions, for partners.
* Track Distribution Basics namely, RDS Infrastructure and People, Training, Target Achievement, and analyzing the Sales Results Sell in, sell, and sell-out performance
* Track ACUMEN usage and benefits in terms of SAI improvement through replenishment-based ordering, Faster Claim settlement, and user-friendly MIS availability through MY ACUMEN. Key Interface Sales, Sales Ops, Retail, Marketing, F&C, ICM
* Ensure compliance with company and industry policies and procedures.
* Increase the overall productivity of the branch by implementing relevant employee training, budgeting effectively, eliminating inefficiencies, and capturing growth opportunities.
* Maintain fruitful relationships with current customers and establish good relationships with new ones.
* Bridge management and partner requirements by addressing their demands, grievances, or other issues
* Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of existing business
* Develop and monitor overall retail policies, systems and procedures regarding partner retention
* Oversee and manage a partner engagement system that drives high performance
* Opening & onboarding of new retail stores.
Requirements and skills
* Minimum Educational qualification – Any Graduate
* Proven working experience of 6-8 years in telecom retail
* Excellent Hindi/English communication, negotiation & presentation skills
* Result oriented approach
* leadership skills and Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
